About the Report & Seminars
In response to senior legal counsel seeking objective information to help manage the legal function and identify efficiency opportunities, and building on the international multi-award-winning 2008 report, the ACLA/CLANZ Legal Department Benchmarking Report 2010 will deliver up-to-date, comprehensive data essential to the management of the legal function, specific to Australasian needs.
This extensive report will also be the subject of a series of exclusive Chief Legal Officer seminars once again presented across Australia and New Zealand.
The seminar series will incorporate insights from the research, with strategies and practical techniques designed to save costs, improve the effectiveness of the legal department and better demonstrate the value of the legal function.
